Driving experience isn't what is needed to work at The Pit; we look for hard-working individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service. TRACK MARSHAL

Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to:
- Treat customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Load and unload customers into and out of karts.
- Monitor and control of race activity to ensure safe environment.
- Maintain facility in a clean and safe manner as per standards.

Job requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Must be capable of running.
- Must be able to lift 75+ pounds.
- Self motivated (Complete tasks without being told).
- Work well with other members of the staff.
- Professional and courteous to our customers.
- Reliable (Can't be late anytime).
- Positive attitude!

Experience
- Prior customer service and track marshal experience is helpful but not required.

CASHIER

Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to:
- Greet customers as they enter the facility in a professional, timely manner.
- Process customer payments to include receiving payments, managing cash drawer, processing cash and credit card transaction, and returning appropriate change.
- Apply knowledge of company products and services,including pricing to assist customers with purchases.; efficiently process customer information, and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
- Maintain facility in a clean and safe manner as per standards.

Job requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old (If under 18 - work permit required).
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Oral communication skills.
- Customer service.
- Math aptitude.
- Currency aptitude.
- Professionalism.
- Organizational skills.
- Telephone etiquette.
- Positive attitude!

Experience
- Prior customer service and cashier experience is helpful but not required.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to:
- Develop corporate business through direct contact with customers and potential customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, attending Chamber of Commerce events and meetings and other local organization meetings.
- Selling advertising and sponsorships including kart sponsorships, wall banners, result sheet advertisements, track displays, etc.
- Selling and assisting in planning exclusive corporate events.
- Selling and assisting in planning exclusive parties, banquets and receptions.
- Develop long term relationships working with customers in person, via telephone, fax, and e-mail.
- Work with and coordinate sales opportunities with Management.
- Provide weekly sales reports.
- Attend mandatory weekly sales review meetings at The Pit.  Be prepared to review weekly activities and opportunities.
- Exhibit professionalism and provide the highest in customer satisfaction.
- Perform post-event follow ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote future events.

Job Requirements:

- 1 year sales experienced in a Family Entertainment Center (FEC) type environment or similar entertainment venue.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Provide own transportation.
- Outgoing, friendly personality.
- Flexible hours to attend functions as a representative of The Pit Indoor Kart Racing.
